Storm awareness check (visual only) Visible storm-prep or post-storm concerns observed and documented—no testing, no repairs.
Coordination when needed Coordinate access with approved vendors, realtors, or HOAs (as authorized) and keep you informed.

As a Canadian, she understands the concerns of absentee homeowners and knows first hand the importance of having a local advocate for when situations arise.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys time with family and friends, volunteering at her church, and spending time in the sun.
